They know you'll figure it out. They know you'll show up. They know you'll make a way.
They know that even when you're tired, frustrated, hurt, or overwhelmed, somehow you'll handle it.
People know the version of you that helps, fixes, accommodates, and carries the weight.
But somewhere along the way, their needs, opinions, and expectations became louder than your own voice.
You know when you're tired. You know when you're hurt. You know when you want to say no. You may even know exactly which conversation you need to have.
You say yes when you already know you want to say no.
You talk about the problem—but not always to the person you have the problem with.
You keep stepping in because you're afraid of what will happen if you don't.
“If I don't do it, who will?”
You protect the people you love from consequences—even when it means you end up carrying them yourself.
You stay quiet to avoid conflict—until you’re frustrated, resentful, or finally say everything at once.
What if you could say what needs to be said without threatening, attacking, or over-explaining?
What if someone could be disappointed with your decision—and you didn't immediately change it?
What if you could love people without carrying what belongs to them?
You've spent a lot of time protecting other people from discomfort—from disappointment, consequences, and hearing things they may not want to hear.
But in protecting everyone else from discomfort, you may have been carrying it for them.
What About Me? is a three-day, small-group intensive designed to give you the time and space to focus specifically on you—the patterns you've learned, the relationships where they continue to show up, and the behaviors you're ready to change.
This isn't three days of sitting in a room talking about what you should do.
You'll work with the conversations, decisions, and situations that are actually happening in your life. You'll practice saying what needs to be said without attacking or overexplaining.
You'll learn to recognize what your inner critic says before and after you speak up. You'll practice allowing someone else to have a reaction without immediately abandoning your decision to make them comfortable.
Small enough to be heard. Small enough to do the work. And small enough to hear yourself in the experiences of other women.
For three days, we won't have to shift our focus to whatever happened that week. We'll stay focused on the patterns that keep showing up—giving you time to understand them, work through them, and practice something different.
How did I become this version of myself?
We'll explore where your patterns may have started—the experiences, relationships, and messages that shaped how you learned to care for others, keep the peace, and see yourself.
You'll begin identifying your inner critic and examining the difference between being a high achiever and genuinely trusting yourself.
6:00–9:00 PM • Light refreshments provided
What is this pattern costing me now?
We'll look at where these patterns are showing up today—in your relationships, family, parenting, friendships, work, and the decisions you make.
We'll examine where you may be overfunctioning, rescuing, avoiding difficult conversations, or taking responsibility for things that don't belong to you.
What am I responsible for—and what am I not?
9:00 AM–5:00 PM • Lunch provided
What am I going to do differently?
You'll work with a real conversation, decision, or situation you've been avoiding. Through guided exercises and role-play, you'll practice speaking up, responding to pushback, and staying grounded in your decisions.
You'll leave having practiced something different.
9:00 AM–12 PM • Lunch provided
No preparation required. Just come ready to be honest, participate, and practice something different.
You'll leave with something you've practiced.
A clearer understanding of yourself.
Recognize where your patterns came from and how they're showing up now.
The conversation you've been avoiding—practiced.
Not just what you want to say, but the experience of actually saying it.
Words for the moments when you usually go quiet.
Practical language you can adapt to the situations happening in
your life.
A clearer understanding of what belongs to you—and what doesn't.
Tools for recognizing your inner critic before it makes the decision for you.
A plan for what happens when you go home.
Because the real test happens when you go home.
Within two weeks of the intensive, you’ll meet with me privately for a one-on-one follow-up to talk about what happened when you started putting the work into practice—what felt different, what was difficult, where old patterns showed back up, and what you need to keep working on.
This is your time to process, regroup, and keep moving forward.

I know what it's like to stay quiet because you think you're being respectful or because you're afraid of losing a relationship.
I had to learn that there was another option between saying nothing and eventually reaching my breaking point. I could say what needed to be said without being threatening or disrespectful—and I didn't have to take responsibility for managing someone else's reaction.
But I also know what it feels like to be on the other side of that.
There is a freedom that comes with learning to trust yourself, make decisions for yourself, and stand by those decisions even when someone else doesn't agree with them. I know how freeing it feels to have power over my own choices—to choose myself without needing everyone around me to understand or approve.
I've also had the privilege of helping many women begin doing the same—speaking up, making different choices, and no longer allowing fear, guilt, or someone else's reaction to make their decisions for them.
That's why I created What About Me? To give women the time, tools, and practice to begin choosing themselves, too.
